Obituary For Scott Harvey Jett

Estacada resident Scott Jett died on Friday, March 3rd in Oregon City. He was 57.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Scott Harvey Jett was born July 25th, 1965 in Portland, Oregon to George and Donna (Harvey) Jett. He was raised in Beaverton, OR where he attended school. On March 20th, 2004 Scott married the love of his life Jenny in Clackamas. Scott was also the proud father of three girls, whom he loved spending time with. They lived in Beaverton and then settled in Estacada in 2017.

Scott had a great love of music and enjoyed going to concerts; he was an avid sports fan whose teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and Portland TrailBlazers. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping.

Survivors include his Wife, Jenny; Daughter, Jessie Jett; Step-Daughter, Natalie and Son-in-law Alex Wicke; Granddaughter, Amelia; Sister, Jorji Jett; and Brother, Jeff Jett.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, George and Donna and his daughter, Josie Jett.

    Scott was one of the kindest people, I never once heard him speak poorly of anyone. He would tell you when something or someone was wrong, but he never was cruel about it. He was fun, and joy, and simply good. He helped raise a beautiful family and I miss him.
