Stan Lehman

Longtime Estacada resident, Stan Lehman died at his home with his family by his side on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. He was 67. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Odd Fellows Cemetery. Stanford Martin Lehman was born October 16, 1952 in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania to Harvey and Audrey (Comstock) Lehman. He was raised there and graduated from Blue Mountain Academy. He later received his BSW from Walla Walla College. On March 18, 1979, he married Rita Sell in Alberta, Canada. They started their family there before moving to Portland in 1983 where they owned and operated Little Footsteps Day Care Center for 25 years. In 1990 they moved to Estacada where they have lived since. He also worked for the Adventist Book Center as a delivery driver and drove motorhomes for Johnson RV until his death. Stan enjoyed sports: disc golf, basketball, volleyball, racquetball as well as camping, being in the outdoors with quads and side by sides, and being adventurous. Survivors include his wife, Rita; sons Jared (Jina), Nathan, Arron (Martha); daughter, Rachel (Michael) Leibelt; grandchildren Landon and Tyler Leibelt and Keira Lehman.
