Anna K. Angnos

June 29, 1952 — October 15, 2023

Anna (“Annie”) Kristine Angnos (Koski)  was born on June 29, 1952 to Margaret Kristine Koski, and died on October 15, 2023  at 71 years old.   She is survived by her husband Kelly Welliver, and her children: Shea Angnos (Ann), Tyra Angnos, Deryk Angnos (Kristen), and Brett Angnos (Anisha). Her legacy includes her grandchildren as well.  She was predeceased by her mother, Margaret.  Annie is also survived by countless lifelong friends.

Annie was was born in Portland, Oregon and was raised by her mother.  As a child, she enjoyed riding the trolly downtown by herself.  She also liked going to the parks with her mother Margaret.   Annie had a small family and would spend the holidays with her cousin Dr. James E Overland at their great aunt Ingas house.  She lived in a house that was on Montana Street and was consumed by the I-5 highway in the 50's causing her to relocate at a young age.

Annie attended college in Eugene and then raised her four children in Estacada.  She moved to Estacada in 1983 and it is where she raised her four children.  Annie went back to Portland State University to get her early childhood education degree and was a teacher for Head Start for many years.  Annie would go to the beach every year with her friends she made at her work Head Start.  Annie married Kelly Welliver on April 17, 2021 at their home in Estacada.  They had been together 26 years.

Annie had a green thumb and you would often see her cultivating her large garden.  She also loved being in the water.  She enjoyed swimming in her pool as well as fishing and rafting on the Clackamas river.  Annie also liked to ride on the sand dunes on her side-by side RZR.  She was well traveled and has been to Japan, Philippines and Mexico.  Annie was a longtime Estacada resident and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

Annie will always be remembered for her kind heart and beautiful smile.  Her children were her pride and joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better mother, wife, grandmother, teacher, and friend.  Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved her.

A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, November, 12th at 3PM at 29455 SE Eagle Creek Rd. 97023
