Longtime Estacada resident, Bill Widman died at his home on Monday, November 20, 2023. He was 59 years old.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Grace Crossing Bible Church in Estacada.
William Thomas Widman was born July 11, 1964 in Portland, Oregon to Harold and Carol (Curths) Widman. He was raised mainly in Eagle Creek and graduated from Estacada High School. On December 13, 1986 he married Shelli Seipert. They made their home in Eagle Creek. They later divorced. He then married Mary Tavares on April 5, 2007. They later divorced. In 1996 Bill went to work for PGE as a Journeyman Lineman and retired in 2022.
Bill enjoyed hunting, football, and Indy Car Races.
Survivors include his son, Bill Widman; grandchildren, Bill, Faye and Grant; sisters, Star Youngberg, Vicki Valentine, Lori Widmann and several Nieces and Nephews.
