Cleo Pierson, passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side on Monday December 11, 2023
She was 83 years old. A celebration of life will be held later.
Cleo was born December 7, 1940, in Underwood, North Dakota to Leonard and Esther (Jesser) Holznagel. Cleo and her family lived in many locations throughout the west before settling in Sandy, Oregon. On June 11, 1959, Cleo married Robert Pierson in White Salmon Washington. They raised a beautiful family before divorcing. Cleo then worked for the Oregon Trail School District in Sandy, as a custodian where she was loved and retired after 25 years of service, ( Cleo, Loved being around the Kids).
Cleo also enjoyed reading books, watching soap operas, football, camping, boating with family and nature,
Survivors include her daughter, Tracie Judd; son, Terry Pierson, sister JoAnn Kanewischer; brother, Jerry Holznagel; grandchildren Kasey Pierson, Danielle Lindgren, Kara Pierson, Courtney Judd, great grandchildren Reese, Evelyn, Harlan Lindgren, Jalen and Lucas Pierson. She will be missed by all.
